Verification and community surfaces are designed to show proof (chain-of-custody, verified impact) while keeping underlying business data private. Org-scoped operational data is never exposed on public or community surfaces.

3. How we use data

To provide and improve the service: scheduling pickups, fulfilling requests, issuing certificates, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data handling & security

ITAD involves sensitive client data. We apply data-destruction and chain-of-custody controls and restrict access to authorized, organization-scoped users.

5. Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we must retain for compliance. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are versioned alongside the Terms.
