1. Using RePioneers

RePioneers is a circular-electronics platform you can open in your browser. Public surfaces (marketplace, verification, community) are open to everyone; secure business and operator areas require an account.

2. Guest access

You may browse public surfaces as a guest. By continuing as a guest, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Some actions — submitting requests, accessing your business profile — require signing in.

3. Accounts & organizations

Business accounts are organization-scoped. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

4. Certificates & verification

Certificates of recycling, data sanitization, and destruction are compliance records of how material was handled. They are proof of process, not tax or legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to access data you're not authorized to, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access that puts the platform or its users at risk.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are versioned; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
